I was intrigued by the idea of a Mezcal Old Fashioned, and this one did not disappoint. The smoky flavor of the mezcal was prominent but not overwhelming, and the agave syrup added a nice touch of sweetness without being cloying. The bitters were a welcome addition, adding depth and complexity to the cocktail. Overall, a well-balanced and delicious drink.
