This Mezcal Old Fashioned was a game-changer for me. I typically prefer whiskey-based cocktails, but the smoky flavor of the mezcal added a new dimension to the classic Old Fashioned. The agave syrup provided just the right amount of sweetness to balance out the smokiness, and the bitters added complexity to the overall flavor. It’s definitely a cocktail that I’ll be ordering again.
